we have an MD3000 running fine. I am going to add an MD1000 to it. The only thing I'm uncertain about is the disks in the MD1000 are taken from several now unused MD1000's that were originally attached to an MD3000i, but the disks have not had the RAID config wiped. Will the MD3000 be able to see the 'used' disks in the newly attached MD1000 successfully and be OK with creating virtual disks out of them ? Many thanks, Nick .
