I have tried to enter setup to disable raid but I cannot enter the setup menu. Does anyone know if there is a way to get past this on POST or anyway to reflash the RAID card.
In fact any ideas are welcome at the moment. ----- Original Message ---- From: david o'donnell <[email protected]> To: [email protected] Sent: Tue, 20 July, 2010 20:31:48 Subject: Perc 4e/Di driver update - but now it hangs on reboot I just updated the driver for the Raid controller as OSM was telling me the driver was out of date. I am running Oracle Enterprise Linux on a Dell Poweredge 2850 and everything seemed fine up to this point. I cannot access the raid controller using <CTRL>M or any other function I am guessing to make myself a bootable Linux disk with the RAID_Driver.bin on it and trying again that way. Any tips or clues of how to get myself out of this? _______________________________________________ Linux-PowerEdge mailing list [email protected] https://lists.us.dell.com/mailman/listinfo/linux-poweredge Please read the FAQ at http://lists.us.dell.com/faq
