If you want to capture something to send to Dell Support, it seems to me that you should work with Dell Support on how to do it. Give them a call. That's not intended rudely; I'm concerned that you could get advice here, spend a bunch of time implementing it, and then find out that what you have is not what Dell Suppport wants.
