I have a strange issue with an R710. When booting from the Dell Support Live Image (SLI) 2.2 through iDRAC virtual media the iDRAC stops responding at some point during the CentOS boot process.
No ping, no ARP, no nothing. The only way to get it back alive is to pull all power cables from the machine. The server is at the latest firmware level available from Dell FTP through Lifecycle Manager. Has anyone made the same or similar experience? Is booting SLI from virtual media supported?
