I've asked very similar question a few weeks ago, and have also emailed directly couple of Dell's tech guys who post here, but.. no reply?! whatsoever. the subject of that email of mine was "NetXtreme II BCM5709 - DSU want to dowgrade - ok?" I think at that point it qualifies for official support request ticket - if you have support contract for you systems - and also official complaint. Anybody else is having NetXtreme II BCM5709 ?
