I understand it may take a while, if there is indeed some 
problem with that new firmware.
It's only an observation, nothing deterministic, but on my 
R815 having a second(one is already on-board) NIC would make 
system spit "PCI Fatal error" regarding that second card, 
although system would seemingly continue to work without any 
network interruption. This would happen with both Linux & 
Windows. This would happen more likely when I take ports 
down & up and either by software or manually unplugging cables.
To solidly investigate it may take Dell tech a wile, I'd 
wish not too long one.
