Check if the iDRAC NIC activity light indicates traffic coming in and out.
If there is no light, then the iDRAC is bricked and the mainboard needs to
be replaced. Happened to us many, many times.
If there is light, reset the iDRAC by holding the i button longer than 16
seconds.
