Could be a firewall or proxy issue. I just tried it:

Alas not, sadly. Still getting much the same result.

root@server:~# apt-key adv --keyserver hkp://pool.sks-keyservers.net:80

gpg: keyserver receive failed: No such file or directory

Is this likely to be a firewall issue?
