I just did a yum update and see that there is a new version of dkms, but it pulls in these dependencies:
cairo, cups, cups-libs, mesa-libGL, pango, paps, redha-lsb. My server is headless, so I know I don't need any of those dependencies. I try to keep a very minimized list of packages installed. Are these dependencies intentional and necessary? If not, how can I update without them? -- Jeremy Smith Systems Administrator eSilo, LLC.
