[1.] One line summary: Demand dialing does not work with ppp 2.3.3 in
kernel 2.2.0-pre6
[2.] Full description: PPP without the demand options works fine, but
when the demand options is used, it doesn't work. There is no ppp0
interface added in ifconfig and there is no error output to the command
line, /var/log/syslog shows:
