It seems the remote pppd is broken, try not to make it complicated on
your side if not necessary. Try the same asyncmap for both incoming and
outgoing (just specify 0xa0000 for your incoming asyncmap, the remote will
probably ask the same for *his* incoming).
If you don't specify anything on your side, your pppd should accept
remote requests by default; But then, your remote pppd seems broken, so
who knows what happens. In any case, remember your friend 'man pppd' :-)
Maybe it will go through then. Otherwise, send more logs :-)
