Exactly which error: no.
 You would have to include logs in debug mode (add 'debug' in your options
file, and 'man syslog'). I believe IPCP serves to negociate some
parameters of the connection in a 'dynamic' way, each time a ppp
connection is established. Might be buggy or not available (?) on the
remote, or misconfigured on either side.
  Someone here was just having a problem with NT's IPCP negociation...
