Y'all;
My ISP will sometimes let the linux box connect, sometimes not. I get the
LCP errors when it doesn't. I have a dual boot with W95, and the Win
connection works all the time.
Notes: I have a 14.4 modem, home-grade phone lines, pppd 2.3.3, Red Hat
5.1.
I looked through the FAQ lists at metalab (thanks for the pointer, BTW)
and didn't see this. Is it listed under something else? Do you need more
information?
