I just had little trouble with the ppp-compression-code:
Modprobe always complained about not being able to locate the modules
ppp-compress-21 /-24 /-25
After some postings on the news and a lot of trial-and-error
I succeeded with the aliases
ppp-compress-21 ppp_deflate
ppp-compress-24 bsd_comp
Well, I think it would be nice to have these filed somewhere in
linux/Documentation/networking/*
(I hope having found the right address for posting this mail to...)
