The problem (i think)
I used kermit to diagnose this.
I looked at the modem-signals and DCD is on.
I can't turn it off.
I can hear dial tone on the phone
and typing hangup does nothing.
I've tried unplugging the phone line and doing a hard boot. But it still
shows the DCD as being on.
How do I reset this? Is my modem bad? It worked before...
