Encourage your e-mail administrator strongly to help do something
about this. Even if it is a forgery, he or she should have some clue
how to proceed. That's what postmasters are paid (usually not
enough) for.

If it is an out-and-out forgery, the postmaster should be able to
track down the offending site from the header information.

If your postmaster won't cooperate, publish his or her e-mail address
on the linux-ppp list.
