FYI you do not have to compile in the init chat, you can set it
from /etc/mgetty+sendfax/mgetty.config. All of the mgetty files
should be in that directory (assuming a redhat rpm was used to
install mgetty). If they are not there they should be
in /usr/local/mgetty+sendfax or wherever you told the policy.h to put
them.
