you do not use a chat script to make a dialup server...
try some of these steps ...

- you'd need to knwo your AT command set too in the same dir ... ( hayes_cmd.txt )
- look at your modem specs for slight variations
- make sure you test your modems with minicom or seyon or other terminal programs
- make sure you don't use spawn jobs from /etc/inittab while trying
to run minicom on that same modem
( answering while trying to dial out etc )
