You shuld upgrade your ppp server to ppp-2.3.7
You can get that version from major Unix FTP servers. If you want, you can
download it from my FTP server:
ftp://unixsoftware.eltop.ro/pub/Utile
Anyway, the primary site for releases of pppd is:
ftp://cs.anu.edu.au/pub/software/ppp
Thie file name is ppp-2.3.7.tar.gz. Afther untarring it you shuld read the
README, README.linux and SETUP files.
