Can't help you myself, but you might be able to find out what you need by
searching the manufacturer's Web site a bit more carefully. One possible
source of help there is a Device Driver Kit that includes "Winword files
describing the technical features of the AVM ISDN-Controller". It's in the
ftp site (ftp://ftp.avm.de/develper/).
