After the:
Using  interface ppp0
Connect: ppp0 <--> /dev/cua1

you should have something like:

local  IP address 192.168.0.1
remote IP address 192.168.0.150

Do you get this? If no. Give more info.
Are you dialing into your own server?
Can you dial in with other computer?
