Look at the UUCP manual. Should be available someplace on
the distribution as uucp.dvi. You might have to unpack the
source tarball. If you're lucky the manual will be present
as
uucp.texi
uucp*.html
uucp.ps.gz
You'll need a working 'rmail' or 'rsmtp' whose availability
may vary according to what mail transfer software (sendmail,
Smail, Postfix, whatever) you use.
