multiport serial card setup

Anybody got any tips or can point me in the right direction - I am
looking for more detailed information on setting up a multiport serial
card for use in a RH 5.2 system.  My company has a Flexport 4S PCI,
which the vendor said would work with Linux, but the manufacturer
doesn't seem to have a clue...

Any help would be appreciated.
