I try to connect to my providers with my Red-Hat 5.2 and I didn't manage
yet because of this problem.
If someone could help me ...
I've tried everything you suggest in others mail (stty set to 115200,
moving IRQ with setserial...., adding .PPP in the chat script, manual
connection with minicom, ...) but no way.
The insterresting think is when I connect manually with minicom :
- I manage to enter my username
- I manage to enter my password
- I manage to have the gw-ppp> prompt
I don't know what I can check after that...
The raging thing is that with Windows, I've no problem to configure my
two providers access.
None of them works on my Linux system : the best one give me that king
of message (Serial link is not 8 bit clean) the second access don't
authorize me when I try to login either with script, or with pap or with
chap.
As I'm very lucky, I've contact my two providers ..... They don't
support Linux Problem :-(
