i've seen this question mention in the group before, but didn't hear
exact answer to that.
i've got NONAME modem 56K
486DX33 computer box
linux Mandrake 5.3 running on it
when ppp link is established, while trafic is present nearly every
second there is message on
PPP:frame with bad fcs, excess= ..., where this excess changes every
time.
what might this be? where to look for solution?
