I've tried tesame (novj). And there is a little improvement. The dataflow don't stop anymore but it's staying sputtering after a none predictable time. This might help. I see that there is data-flow for 9 10 seconds and then the data-flow stops for 9 10 seconds, then there is again data-flow for 9 10 seconds and so on. After a reboot, the dataflow-sputtering is much less then when the system is up for a while (couple of days). Any suggestions ??? Still debugging..... -----Original Message----- From: Mike Frisch [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]] Sent: Monday 13 September 1999 21:26 To: [EMAIL PROTECTED] Subject: Re: dataflow sputtering (novj theory discussion) For what it's worth, I am experiencing what seems to be the same 'sputtering' problem on 2.3.7 and disabling the VJ compression *does not* help.
