Take a look at the script the Windows dial-up networking is
configured to use.  It is something.scp from memory, but you can
find which one by right click/Properties on the connection icon.
I think the default script expects to find itself in a menu and
issues some menu option name i.e. some command.  Find out what it
is and try it when you get the prompt.
