Dear Friends 

Thank you for your suggestion. I have turn to mgetty
from uugetty. I can answer the call and login in
manually. I want to get rid of the annoying terminal
window. So I do recompile and edit all the files which
are nessary. I list all the file below and attached it
in this mail. Would you please help me to check all
the changes and find out the problem which I did
wrong.

The file attached
name            : usage
messages        : login record
Makefile        : mgetty recompile need
mgetty.config   : mgetty setup
login.config    : mgetty login
options.server  : pppd setup
PAP             : secuity file
inittab         : to start mgetty
