linux server with modem and answers from internet

Hello,

does anybody know, how to configure modem on my linux server? I need to
configure it like an internet modem server. If i call the modems number,
then the modem (and ofcourse server) must reply me and connect me. But only
like a zmodem.
Does anybody help me?
