The guy who used to do linuxhq.com had a falling out with the registrant of
the domain (AIUI); his site is now at kernelnotes.org.
<URL:http://kernelnotes.org/lnxlists/> seems to have up-to-date mirrors of
linux-ppp, amongst others.
