|Sorry about that, I read the draft wrong. The `1' refers to stateless
|mode. The Internet specification's bit-byte numbering *does* give me a
|headache.
Just to eliminate confusion over this remark: I found the original
email still in my mail queue after posting this one, and corrected the
original before reconnecting and sending it. This one got out too,
unfortunately.
