Yes, you're correct about three +-signs, but AFAIK the problem doesn't
occur while downloading files (receiving data) but only while sending
data. From the viewpoint of abuser of this 'feature' it makes it a bit
harder (but not very hard, as there are _many_ ways to make the user send
that string, for example a ICMP-echo-request with the hangup-command as
the data).
Yes, I know this hadn't got anything to do with the original problem, just
thought to do some nitpicking today.
