Yes. You have to first get SMB running over the connection. I've never done
it before but I've got a good idea how.

First you need to have "Client for Microsoft Networks" installed on the
client machine. Also make sure that it is binding to your Dial-Up Adapter
(check the bindings in the network properties). I think you also have to
enable "Log on to network" in the connection's properties.

Another thing to check is just that the linux box has ip forwarding
enabled.
