PPPD & Radius

I seem to remember a patch that allowed PPPD to use a radius
server for authentication. I have both digital and analog lines
here and I would like to make the analog lines ( using pppd )
authenticate through radius.

Does anyone here know of this patch and where I can find 
more info about it ?
