Did you also test "failure cases", like 1 disk failed / fs crashed, then
resyncing / transaction log processing ?
If this works good, XFS would be a great option ... hmmm ... read the
FAQ: there seem to be compiler problems with gcc 2.95/2.96rh - that�s
not nice (although possibly not XFS� fault) 8(
Hopefully this kernel integration and compiler stuff is resolved soon,
fsck on big ext2fs sw raid systems sucks (we�re lucky that this doesn�t
happen too often).
