thank you very much for the hint!

I did not know the persistent-superblock option because it is
not mentioned in the manual page of the raidtab format
(there is no such option in raidtab.sample also, but in 
raid0.conf.sample).

When I set persistent-superblock to 1, everything works as
expected.
