compile problems

Hey all.... 

  I downloaded the 01/28/99 version of raidtools and the raid patch for
kernel version 2.0.36.  After patching the kernel, when I tried to
compile, I got an error in arch/i386/kernel/setup.c: empty_zero_page
undeclared.  How do I go about fixing this?  By the way, this is a redhad
5.2 installation with glibc 2.0.7 it appears.  I am not too familiar with
Redhat  (I am doing this for someone else).  Any help is appreciated.
