The driver has a nice /proc interface for sending
commands directly to the controller(including drive
rebuilds, adding/deleting drives, etc).
However, I do not believe the entirety of the functionality
of the bios setup software is duplicated. My understanding
is that you'll still need to reboot for significant logical
drive changes.
There are no GUI utilities that I am aware of.
