I don't know of any utility to do this, but I never bother anyway.  You can
figure out the SCSI ID of the drive that you need to remove by looking at
/proc/scsi.  The second SCSI drive will be sdb, and you can find the SCSI ID
from there.  Once you know the SCSI ID, remove that drive.
