1. the &gpio_cfg is default, it means any null config setting to gpio_cfg.

2. avoid a whole pile of defines in the plat-s5pc1xx/include/plat/regs-gpio.h
The S5PC100_GPxx_BASE defines look like they could be defined as offset from
a base and each bank given its own index.
