So, I need to make sure that my external connector terminates the wide part of the bus correctly. Where can I get one of these cables/adaptors? I've already spent $25 on a cheap 68-50 pin cable, another $50 on another one that Symbios said would probably fix the problem. How can I be sure of getting a "good" one. Internally, I do NOT want the 68-50 pin adaptors to terminate the wide part, as I do have a wide device on the bus. Right? That's what I have now (I think), so that explains why everything works until I connect something to the external connector. Does this sound correct?
