Look in /proc/scsi to make sure the kernel is recognizing both SCSI
controllers.  If so, then you need to use MAKEDEV to create the device
files in /dev.  If not, then you may need to build a new kernel with the
appropriate driver or add some startup options to get the second
controller recognized.  Details depend what kind of controllers you
have.
