Hello! I'm having problems trying to configure this card on my box, using the 2.2 kernel series. It's an ISA Symbios Logic 53C400A 'HP Version' that shipped with my old Scanjet 4p. Windows detects the card on IRQ 5, IO port x0280, so I insert this on my lilo.conf: append "ncr53c400=0x280,5" following README in the kernel source. However, I get this at boot time: scsi0: scsi bus busy, waiting up to five seconds scsi0: bus busy, attempting abort And nothing else happens. Anyone has any clue? I know I'm not the only one with this problem, and I begin to doubt if that exact card is supported by the driver.
