Hello,

You PCI device is encountering PCI data parity errors when acting as a
master - detected or signaled by the target - (bunches, it seems).

DSTAT=0xc0  bit 4=MDPE (Master Data Parity Error)

The SCSI parity errors are different cause and BUS.

Your hardware seems to me extremally sick and in various places.
The PCI errors are the more serious, in my opinion.
