DCG Computers, http://www.dcginc.com, sells a 2U chassis
that we use at my office with the Sun Microelectronics
UltraAXi motherboard. They will sell you the chassis
standalone, or they will integrate it with a Pentium II or
Sun AXi motherboard. there are two versions, one longer
than the other; the longer one (25"x19"x3.5") can hold
more disk. They will also preload the Intel systems with
Linux and sell you a whole out-of-the-box Beowulf system
if you like.

Take a look at http://www.dcginc.com/98/images/2utowerg.jpg
Is that what you had in mind? Using dual Pentium II
motherboards, that rack could hold 40 CPUs...

(I have no association with DCG computers other than being
a satisfied customer)
