Sorry to post this here, I would post it to linux-kernel but I am not a
regular reader, and I hate posting to lists I don't read.. Besides, I am
pretty sure that someone here will know the answer. (Alan? :)

I just upgraded my (dual P166) box to linux 2.2.1 (from 2.0.36) and I was
very disappointed to find out that snmp support for aliased interfaces gone
because of changes to /proc/net/route. Is there a kernel patch available to
make 2.2 write the same info to /proc/net/route that 2.0.x did? I'd like to
get mrtg working again for all of my aliased IP's.

If someone could point me in the right direction I'd appreciate it. Please
reply privately to avoid cluttering up the list.

Thanks,

Adam
