2.0.36-pre-patch-17 SMP irq kernel messages at boot up

That was debugging code included in a patch I submitted to correct
interrupt reentrancy problems (I was trying to understand how the
interrupts were handled). Sorry to have left it (on my SMP it didn't
cause any output), the code that prints that should be removed.
