I have Red Hat 5.2 which comes with the 2.0.36-0.7 Kernel, which from my observation of this news group and going to the http://www.linux.org.uk/SMP/title.html is not the latest SMP kernel. There seems to be a 2.1.79 out there somewhere. My question is that the latest version of the Linux SMP kernel? Where do I go to down load the latest SMP kernel? Michael
