I appears to me that the MX clone chips do not allow bus-mastering like the
true DEC does. 

IE the SVEC PN100 with a true DEC is listed as a bus-mastering card.
The PN102 with a clone is listed as non-busmastering. I'd like to get
confirmation whether this is due to the clone chip. (Only reason I can think)
