How does one know if one has a "remarked" CPU?  I have a pair that have
serial marks and everything that correspond to Intel 450's, but they
won't run successfully, SMP or UP, at more than 300.  They are from a
company that recently was nailed "remarking" (or at least somehow
selling) overclocked CPU's -- I don't know if they were actively
rewriting the chip markings or not, but how do you tell?
